Companies like Shell have boosted human prosperity to enormous levels.Critisizing developing countries for wanting the same levels of prosperity makes no sense. Creation of cheap energy and accessibility should be the focus for the elevation from poverty.

Shell is een bedrijf die mede de opwarming heeft veroorzaakt. De podcast is misleidend!

This show sets out to persuade you that Shell and other fossil extractors have any interest in participating in a green energy transition. They fail, only further highlighting that they need to be dismantled and their executives tried on The Hague.

That’s it. Shell cannot speak about climate issues without fundamentally acknowledging their role in the crisis, the oil spills, the blood on their hands, and the way they are STILL exploring new oil & gas locations while telling the public they have it covered. They don’t.

nothing i like better than listening to and Oil company greenwash me in podcast form. what’s that Shell? you’re investing a lot in green energy and not trying to actively kill everyone anymore? thank god! —— oh wait, you’re actually lobbying congress and continuing to pump out methane and CO2 at...Read full review »

Shell’s single biggest political contribution to political lobby groups in 2020 was £10m to API, whose chief executive, Mike Sommers, is working to resist even minimalist decarbonisation measures like Joe Biden’s proposals to fund new EV charging points across the US. To pretend there’s any...Read full review »

Literally the only reason this exists is to allow Shell, one of the companies most responsible for the climate crisis, to side step said responsibility. This is greenwashing 101, And disinformation to the highest level. Shame on apple for allowing it.

Shell is a fossil fuel company. In highlighting “green” energy this podcast desperately tries to mislead people. In spite of what this podcast says, Shell is trading the environment’s health for a few dollars. Sad that Apple is allowing pure propaganda into the App Store.

It’s interesting that the topics discussed such as natural gas and the energy transition, would directly benefit Shell. This podcast wears a nice mask on the outside, but deep down, it’s reveals the face.

Fossil fuel corporations are the single most destructive industry on the planet, the stuff they sell threatens life as we know it, and they’ve spent decades studying how to make it seem otherwise. Listen to “Drilled” instead or “Columbia Energy Exchange if you’re a policy wonk.

After decades hiding the science of Climate Change, decades spent funding think tanks and propaganda designed to continue their billions in profits, Shell is trying to gaslight you into forgetting something. They want you to forget that every single day their business operates they continue to...Read full review »

A true testament of why Shell is a leader in the energy industry. Thank you for your transparency on important issues faced in the industry today and information on emerging technologies the world, including shell are promoting to combat climate change and decarbonisation of the energy sector.

1. Content of podcast is very good 2. Structure as an Audio Podcast is very bad. 2a. When interviewing multiple people (i.e. having more than 2 person in a podcast) it is best to have better and frequent introduction because listener will forget the role of the person that was talking. 2b. The...Read full review »
