Career advice with an engineering mindset
This is career advice with the “engineering” mindset and values in mind – which include being technically competent, helpful and just a little bit geeky. It considers the fact that many engineers are uncomfortable with being too self-promotional and don’t particularly care for public speaking. So, they had a recent session on how engineers can deal with their concerns about being on the podium. I’m not an engineer, but I work with a lot of them. I find that the podcast works because it is developed by and for engineers.
