In this week’s coaching call, Julianne holds space for Tamara to be seen, and feel safe doing so. She leads Tamara through exercises feeling her fear and opening up by letting her body lead. They move through her fear, and identify how her fear moves through her body.   Julianne and Tamara find the other emotions connected to fear and abuse that are holding Tamara back. Shame going all the way back to Tamara’s childhood comes through, thus far preventing her from truly stepping into her power, unfortunately reinforced by many traumatic and  abusive instances in her life.
