This podcast is GOLD
In January 2020 I decided to start running so I started with couch to 5K. That was a great start. After a while 5K runs became a bit boring so I set myself the 10K goal, which I achieved within a month. So far so good 😊. I was enjoying running but at times was painful and tiresome soI started researching about running and ways to do it in order to feel more happiness from running. So I came across Extramilest podcast which lead me to the MAF method. So I started MAF training in August 2020 and now I enjoy running even more. It’s a slow process but in my case definitely rewarding. The Extramilest podcast has helped me a lot. I make sure that I never miss an episode and I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to love running even more. Many thanks Floris Gierman and keep up the great work that you and your team are doing. Happy running everyone 🏃🏽‍♂️😁
