Unfortunate to hear two white women regress to political affiliations that benefit them. Conservative white women who cosplay educated and woke. It’s scary. And deceptive.

This was insufferable- both Dooner and her guest may have changed their political views after alleged enlightenment however they are just as intolerant and judgemental about those outside their tent. A couple of whinging privileged white girls who’ve found new forums to speak with impunity and...Read full review »

She is another thin white woman with zero qualifications. She is not a dr. She is not a scientist. She is not trained or educated in eating disorders, mental health, or surging really. She is not trained on how to read and interpret data. She’s just another snake oil salesman. Please don’t waste...Read full review »

I love this podcast and am so grateful Caroline is using her voice to speak her truth.

Caroline and her guests speak truth in an increasingly insane world. Conversations with nuance and it is *chefs kiss*

I love this podcast and I LOVE Caroline Dooner. She is slaying dragons with this podcast and on her Instagram. Finally someone young and smart who will ASK THE QUESTIONS about Biden’s food price hikes, “vaccine” injuries, everyday toxins, the dangers of 5G… Super knowledgeable and building an...Read full review »

I used to recommend Caroline’s book, but based on the current state of her instagram and podcast, I’m checking out and suggest others do the same. It’s very sad when some becomes so paranoid they start espousing unproven conspiracies and blatantly false information under the guise of being...Read full review »

Not sure what happened here, but things have gone down some strange “wellness” abyss. The holistic trauma episode….i just cant with this unscientific and uninformed advise passed off as trauma healing. This is just another podcast confusing folks and leading them farther away from science and ...Read full review »

Used to be about diet culture, became weirdly preachy about holistic medicine (parasite cleanses, toxins, ‘inflammation’? Really???) and then just spiraled into bizarre cancel culture rants and this lady went full on anti-vax. The whole bit got old, and it got boring. Who wants to hear yettttt...Read full review »

Like other reviewers I was deeply disappointed by Caroline’s anti-public health stances on vaccines. I used to recommend her content to others, but it appears that she can’t stay in her lane of story telling related to body image and diet culture.

This podcast has been excruciating to listen to for a while, but the latest guest is SO priveleged, entitled and ignorant, that it could cause genuine harm to some people’s recovery at this point.

Just what I needed to hear. I have been dieting for 40 years.

As another review pointed out-I wish Caroline had stayed in her lane regarding diet culture and the absurdity of weight loss/calorie restriction for “health.” There’s a lot of good research supporting her opinions on this and experts such as Christy Harrison have dived deep into this. However,...Read full review »

I like Caroline Dooner‘s approach. Her interviews are focused, witty and they speak to the heart! The freestyle part is great as well because she has several points she wants to address but it often comes out as rumbling which is fun to listen to. She has some interesting topics and guests. But I can’t handle the rambling convos before and after the guests. It’s too much. Get to the point.

The episode on Alcohol was amazing! Amanda White needs to coin the term “disordered drinking” like she suggests on here because too many women are afraid to acknowledge their relationship with alcohol. It’s truly poison but the term “alcoholic” is just too drastic for most of us. This is a...Read full review »

I found this Podcast after listening to Caroline’s book. Both are pure gold and speak directly to me. I am finally working my way out of the diet cult, feeding myself and working on loving my body after so many years of restricting and binging. Thanks Caroline!! Life changing!!

As a person in recovery from an eating disorder and all sorts of issues related to diet culture I find this podcast incredibly helpful for keeping up with challenging my unhelpful beliefs and the casual style makes it feel like I’m listening to a good friend, I absolutely love it.

Caroline and her book are fantastic. Her style was a little off putting at first because there’s not a lot of editing. For instance she leaves in the parts where she’s trying to quiet her dog. Caroline is the best! I wish I could say more about this podcast, but it has inspired me (along with her book) to take a year or more of rest. I’m very tired and words escape me. Listen to this podcast. She is the coolest and some of her guests have been exceptionally rad too!

Caroline Dooner completely tanks this episode. Why she didn’t scrap it a do it over is beyond me. Makes me want to ditch the rest of her episodes in fear that they will be equally as bad. Very unfortunate, because the topic and philosophies have such great potential.

I really like the overall message. But do we really need to know when her mail gets delivered, or that her sister texted her about outlander? Seems like unneeded information. Maybe it gets better in later seasons - I’m working my way from the earliest episodes up.

Caroline has a way of cracking me up and motivating me to be myself at the same time. She keeps it real. When I feel like I’m slipping back into diet culture ways, one listen to her snaps me back. And she’s sooooo funny!
