“i had a terrible terrible eating disorder. i was severely under eating, 1 meal a day & it was always an unhealthy meal. i was also working out 5 days a week. with no knowledge that i was under feeding my body. i started tracking recently, i still panic some days that i’m eating too much, & sometimes not enough. i still stress about measuring out my food & wondering if it’s more calories or fats etc. then what the package says. listening to your podcast, tik tok, etc. has slowly helped me gain more knowledge & understanding on how to eat and that it’s ok for everything not to be perfect. thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for making me feel a little more comfortable with food each & every day.”
