“Just “discovered” this podcast a few weeks ago and because if my personality had to start at the beginning so I wouldn’t miss anything… 75 episodes in and thoroughly hooked (and losing weight and expect to improve health). At this point I’m down 24 pounds with 19 to go to reach my goal weight. I’m doing 16:8 IF, but it’s working for me without the jump to OMAD. Thanks guys!
