Great Podcast
Just “discovered” this podcast a few weeks ago and because if my personality had to start at the beginning so I wouldn’t miss anything… 75 episodes in and thoroughly hooked (and losing weight and expect to improve health). At this point I’m down 24 pounds with 19 to go to reach my goal weight. I’m doing 16:8 IF, but it’s working for me without the jump to OMAD. Thanks guys! Listening to at least a podcast a day and learning a lot.

I have listened to a lot of this and really do not like when people that are not Doctors, talk about it. Maybe it is just me but I think if you want to talk about the science of fasting you have to be a Doc, but maybe that is just me.
