“I am 5’5”, 54 year old female and haven’t seen this weight since I joined the Air Force when I was 18! I started fasting on August 20th at 140 pounds and now I am working on my 15th pound. My original goal weight was 127 pounds, which was my weight when I joined the military. I started with OMAD, but did about 4-6 48-hour fasts. Once I reached my goal weight about a week ago I have only been doing OMAD. The weight is still coming off and I am closing in on 125 pounds. I feel great! I plan on continuing the fasting lifestyle.
