Lost 40lbs in 2 months
Hey Scott and tommy , thank you so much for all the information you guys share! I’m very grateful for your podcast . I listen to it everyday while at work and I just take in all the information I can. I started fasting in may and I’ve lost 40 lbs. I feel so good so much energy. I just eat one meal a day and the timing of my meal depends on the day if I’m busy after work than it’s lunch time at work which is 10:30 am and if I’m not busy it’s dinner time 4-5pm. I love how I don’t have to be too strict and I still get got results. I just have to work on the weekends on the weekends I do two meals usually the wife wants to eat and family is used to having breakfast with me on the weekends and used to me making dinner. When I do eat I eat less . Before I used to eat a whole bag of hot Cheetos and drink a corona and watch the game now I second guess all that stuff I dropped beer , soda and chips . If I crave my extra flaming hot Cheetos I get some just a handful in my eating time. I started my journey for my health. I come from a family with diabetes and high blood pressure and always dodged it . All the doctor appointments and was always good tests now that I’m 34 years old I don’t want to have any health issues so I began my journey . I just started trying to work out at home . It’s kinda hard with my schedule I work two jobs but both jobs are physical so that helps and being in the Arizona heat does help with sweating . Thank you guys !!! Your podcast is awesome!!!
