Good info
I had already been doing OMAD for about a month when I started listening. 5 weeks in, I’m about 8.2kg (18lb) down. Not very interested in fasting more than 30hrs. The podcast has good info, the hosts feel like reliable sources and I haven’t picked up on any junk science at this stage. Sound quality is good and overall deserves a 5 star rating.

I love the way that fasting is explained, including medical and anecdotal information. Episodes are wrapped up with actionable steps as they describe in their intro. I have been working my way through all the episodes and have found insights to take away from each one so far. Thank you!
