“I had already been doing OMAD for about a month when I started listening. 5 weeks in, I’m about 8.2kg (18lb) down. Not very interested in fasting more than 30hrs. The podcast has good info, the hosts feel like reliable sources and I haven’t picked up on any junk science at this stage. Sound quality is good and overall deserves a 5 star rating.”
