So far loving this information and my fasting journey
I’m not new to healthy keto but fasting is a bit new for me. I eased in and now I am doing OMAD. I took body measurements and weight and will look at where I’m at a week from now. I have been working out (before I even started fasting) I am very surprised at how much energy I have still. I had a headache on my second day of fasting with OMAD and upped my salt and electrolytes and now I’m totally fine. I can’t believe I can work out and function with out much food. Been really focusing on eating healthy vegetables and fat. My hunger has completely subsided….very new for me. The human body is amazing, and I’m excited to see how my body transforms. Love listening to your podcast, and will post an update with my results.
