“In today’s episode (#53), I listened as you shared your opinions on what breaks the fast. I have been OMADing (20:4) since January, 2020. I personally stay away from anything in my water or black tea. “Natural Flavors” often hide stuff that aren’t good for me and my fast. When I started clean fasting in April, hunger issues went away.
208 lbs. to 165 lbs over 11 months. Off my cholesterol medicine. (No prescription meds at all at Age 57!)
