Thank you for the practical tips
In today’s episode (#53), I listened as you shared your opinions on what breaks the fast. I have been OMADing (20:4) since January, 2020. I personally stay away from anything in my water or black tea. “Natural Flavors” often hide stuff that aren’t good for me and my fast. When I started clean fasting in April, hunger issues went away. 208 lbs. to 165 lbs over 11 months. Off my cholesterol medicine. (No prescription meds at all at Age 57!) As your podcast says, do what works for you. Thanks for the content in 2020. Scott
