Becky’s approach offers a great introduction to dance based group fitness for those who don’t feel ‘at home’ in the gym - with a plus size instructor who has designed routines with plus size bodies in mind. She is a founding members of Fitness Professionals Against Weight Stigma, a Community Interest Company striving to create inclusive fitness spaces where every body feels welcome and comfortable enough to feel the true benefits of physical activity.  In addition, she recently joined the Rebel Body Collective, a community of weight-neutral, size-inclusive, HAES-aligned, body liberation-oriented movement professionals.
