“Bob Loeffler’s coaching program is hands-down the most effective real estate training in existence today. I joined his group coaching program in 2015 and was very skeptical that using the strategies and techniques as outlined would work. It seemed too good to be true.
But they DID work. On the very first listing presentation I went on after studying the material I got the listing signed up...signed up for a one year term...signed up at a 7% commission...and signed up with automatic price reductions written into the contract until the home sold.
Think about that. If you asked any agent that you know if it would be possible to pull that off again and again and again they would tell you that it’s impossible. A fairy tale. But it really DOES work. Just as Bob said it would. Honest-to-God I was in shock after I got that first listing under contract. They literally were like,
“Of COUSE we’re going to list it this way. Doesn’t everyone? Everyone KNOWS you can’t sell a house for more than what the World’s Best Buyer is going to pay for it. Only an IDIOT who wants to keep their house forever would just overprice it and keep it that way. Common sense says that’s not how houses get sold. Are you saying that there are agents that do it different?”
Bob said that they would say that. And then they did! And, of course, we all know that that never happens. Sellers don’t say those kinds of things. Sellers don’t think it is the most normal idea in the world to reduce the price every two weeks till the home sells. So imagine my surprise when they came out of signing with me with THAT kind of attitude. They were EXCITED to sell their house. Excited to “do the right thing” and lower the price if it was clear the buyers were not going to write offers at the initial list price. Happy to pay the 7% rate I had on my listing cotract too.
It was like magic. That’s the only way to describe it. Like something out of Harry Potter.
Fearless Agents have an unfair advantage in the real estate marketplace. As long as you actually do the things as taught...everything just works. Imagine that. Something that actually works. And works consistently. Not works for 6 months then falls apart like most internet marketing schemes. Works CONSISTENTLY.
As to this podcast...let me just say that Bob has a weekly group coaching program. A PAID weekly coaching program. One where he goes over everything from business planning to how to effectively take an incoming buyer phone call so you can get them into the office and get them signed up as a client, to the most effective way to hold an open house, to an entire system for being a more productive listing agent and then on to boring but important things such as how to effectively plan for taxes. When you’re making Fearless Agent money you better have a plan in place to make sure Uncle Sam is getting his. Thinking about it now...taxes just might be the biggest problem you’ll ever face after learning all this stuff.
Anyway...I have listened to all the episodes of this podcast and it seems to be a mini version of that full-scale training. Group Coaching Lite or something. Why Bob is giving all this material away for free is beyond me. One thing you’ll learn about Bob though is this...
He’s very deliberate. There’s always a method to the madness. He doesn’t do anything without a specific result in mind that he wants to see in response to that action. I am guessing that the same is true here. So good on him if you ask me.
BUT...
It seems like he’s giving away the milk for free if ya know what I mean. So if I were you I would subscribe to this podcast and listen to every episode before his doctor puts him back on his meds and he realizes what he’s done and pulls the whole podcast down for good!”
