Dr. Joseph DalBon or "Dr. Joe" as his patients call him, is known for his caring touch and humorous tone, putting even the most nervous patient at ease. Dr. Joe was raised in West Caldwell and North Caldwell and has firm roots in the communities that he now supports and serves. He is a 1992 graduate of The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Penn is widely regarded as one of the top dental schools in the world. Dr. Joe received the Certificate of Merit from The American Society of Dentistry For Children in 1992. He completed a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 1993. While there, he received advanced training in all phases of general dentistry, as well as in the management of severe facial trauma and full mouth reconstruction. In 2001, Dr. Joe was awarded a Fellowship by The Academy of General Dentistry, an award received by less than 3% of dentists. In 2002 he received advanced implant training during a mini-residency at Rutgers Dental School. Dr. Joe received his Certificate of Proficiency in Er:YSGG lasers from the World Clinical Laser Institute and in CO2 and diode lasers from the Academy of Laser Dentistry in 2009. In 2012, he received his Certificate of Proficiency in Er:YAG and Nd:YAG lasers from the Academy Of Clinical Laser Technology. Dr. Joe is one of the only dentist in the state of New Jersey trained to use Er:YAG, Nd:YAG, Er:YSGG, CO2 and diode lasers for both hard and soft tissue treatment. In 2014, he was awarded a Fellowship by The Academy of Laser Dentistry. This honor is held by only a handful of dentists worldwide. In 2019, Dr. Joe was awarded a Masters in The Academy of General Dentistry. This honor is held by only the top 1% of dentists worldwide. He has been recognized as one of New Jersey's Top Dentists for the past 9 consecutive years by both Healthy Living Magazine and Morris / Essex Health & Life Magazine. Dr. Joe has volunteered his dental services to veterans in need through Dental Lifeline Network for the last 3 years.

Dr. Gina Marcus is native to Miami, Florida and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts, where she received her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). She believes that a healthy mouth is the gateway to a healthy body and provides the highest level of care in general dentistry, Invisalign®, comprehensive dentistry, and Facial Cosmetic injectables. Her approach is to create facial balance and harmony.
Dr. Marcus is a member and active participant in several prestigious professional organizations. She was nominated and appointed to be a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to the Board of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), then nominated to become the leader of the Miami chapter of the AACA local study club, and was later selected to represent all of the AACA study club chairs on the Executive Committee at the AACA. She presents at the AACA yearly convention in Las Vegas, earned her Fellowship designation to the AACA, and is a graduate of DCM (Diamond Club Makers).
Staying involved with all aspects of dentistry by frequently attending seminars for continuing education at the local, regional, national, and international levels allows her to be current with cutting edge technology, materials, and procedures in dentistry are critical to her and her practice.
Dr. Marcus has been published in AACA Jornal, Today’s FDA magazine, featured in the book “The Beauty Prescription” and in the Medical Journal of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Marcus believes that giving back to her community is critical to being a professional. She has participated in philanthropic ventures beginning in elementary school, which carried through to high school, college, dental school and to her private dental practice.
In her free time, Dr. Marcus enjoys spending time with her children Benjamin and Jordan, her family and friends, running, traveling and listening to music, mainly TS (IYKYK).

Connor Lemieux was born and raised in Fitchburg, MA, and has spent most of his time in the Massachusetts area. He received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a student-athlete as part of the University’s Division 1 football program. He then went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine to become a first-generation doctor and earn his D.M.D. After dental school, he attended a 1-year AEGD in Buffalo, NY where he began to develop a passion for both surgery and prosthodontics. Now working in North Carolina, he is focusing on expanding his education, enhancing his surgical skill set and growing clinically in all phases of dentistry.

In his time away from dentistry, Dr. Lemieux enjoys traveling, listening to music, sports, and exploring various forms of art. As a young man, he hopes to be an inspirer of dreams, an educator of purpose, a teacher of fitness, and a leader for many.

Dr. Geoff grew up in Kansas City and was exposed to the world of dentistry at a young age, when his parents took him to get braces. The experience was transformative for him, and he was amazed at the way his dentist was able to renew his confidence in himself and his smile. His passion for the profession was solidified when he was hit in the mouth during a high school basketball game and needed to receive two root canals. Dr. Geoff had a great experience with his dentist and was inspired to provide calm, cool, and collected care just like the doctor who helped him.
Dr. Geoff studied biological sciences with a minor in chemistry at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and he went on to earn his DDS from the same school. Immediately after dental school, Dr. Geoff and his wife, Brianne, moved to Memphis, TN for her to attend a Pediatric Dental residency at the University of Tennessee Health Center. During this time, Dr. Geoff worked as an associate at a private practice office in Arkansas and Tennessee. He gained experiences in all facets of dentistry and quickly became very comfortable with the idea of being the only dentist in the office. He had a great mentor who gave him the confidence and support he needed to really develop his skills.
Dr. Geoff's passion for helping people out of pain and restoring their confidence has only grown stronger as he’s grown in his dental expertise. As an Implant Pathway-trained member of both the ADA and the KDA, he continues to hone his skills through advanced education courses in an effort to always provide his patients with the exceptional care they deserve. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Geoff enjoys golfing, playing with his two dogs and two cats, trying new restaurants with his wife, and cheering on the Chiefs and the Royals.
