A Must-Listen Podcast
I wish I had found this podcast sooner. I could relate so much to the first episode, having gone through something similar myself. Organizations are losing valuable employees because of their lack of empathy, compassion, and concern, along with their inability to view their employees as holistic human beings. This podcast is giving a voice to those who have felt silenced and going to create real change.
