411. How can I stay motivated to exercise?
Listen now
Description
Today I want to talk about motivation for working out. How do you stay motivated and encouraged to keep going on a fitness plan? There are a couple different thought processes we can have when it comes to exercise. The first being that the main goal of working out is to burn fat and burn off the calories of what I’ve eaten. When we start to venture down this road of thinking that the purpose of working out is to burn off food we are eating, or that its purely to achieve an aesthetic. This can be very frustrating when we don’t see that result we are looking so hard for. Losing motivation when this is your thought process is easy because the why connected to it is very surface level. In this episode I am diving into both this thought process, and a more positive way to approach exercise that makes staying motivated so much easier!   6 Month Female Hormone Solution Waitlist: https://drbethwestie.com/fhs-waitlist/
