Listen now
Description

And when we really dig into this, often times we realize how little they have been eating. The concept of what a normal day of eating looks like, is often unclear for so many women. When we have a history of diet after diet, it can be so tough to shift this over night. In this episode I am diving deeper into how this can impact your results moving forward, and how it has impacted your current mindset!   Learn more about the 6 Month Program: https://drbethwestie.com/fhs-waitlist/
