"I really wanted other families to know that their family is unique, they have these unique relationships and quirks, and I really want them to have a record of that." As a nurse, Genesis Castillo has worked with a diverse range of human experience. She currently works in labour and delivery, and has prior experience working with the sick and the dying as a medical surgical nurse. When she's not helping others through her nursing vocation, Genesis seeks to capture milestones and the in-between life moments as a documentary family photographer. In this episode, we talk about the work Genesis does as a nurse, how she got into documentary photography, and the call within a call that she's found in her marriage vocation.
