“First I would just like to say this is an excellent podcast, with excellent guests, that is very well produced.
Second, A personal note of gratitude to the host. Ok, as a cis, white, middle-aged man, and retired career Soldier, there are few things I have in common with my teenaged, LGBTQ, feminist daughter. I just missed too many years of her growing up before I was able to retire and spend time with her. However, among the few things we have in common are an application of insightful social critique. And movies. Specifically horror movies. Thank you Anna. You have given me, a man of few words, the vocabulary to talk with my daughter about things she cares about, and the ability to let her know I care too. Long live the intersection of horror, feminism, social commentary, and representation!”
