Coach or Trainer? Must Subscribe!
One of the few podcasts that I listen to every episode beginning to end (and many of them multiple times)!
Every episode has practical information for both trainers and fitness enthusiasts, and Andrew always brings on awesome guests! 🤙🤙
A breath of fresh air
With all the misinformation out there, it’s not easy to separate the true experts from those who haven’t demonstrated true knowledge. For that reason, I’m pumped to have found this podcast.
Admittedly, after being in the fitness industry for decades, I don’t listen to many fitness podcasts. They’re simply not worth it but this one is. If you’re looking for trusted information on fitness, nutrition, and a better life, look no further.
Great podcast!
