The Ramble: Bad defending in Germany, Premier League training and Djibril Cisse’s mathematical mission
Listen now
Description
The Bundesliga continues to deliver, with positive results for all of our beloved teams - Borussia Dortmund, Hertha Berlin, Bayer Leverkusen and FC Koln - as well as big wins for Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig. Such merciful release.  Back in rumourland Mauricio Pochettino is making it clear that he’d be happy to manage in the Premier League again and those Rafa Benitez to Newcastle rumours just aren’t going away.  Elsewhere we saw many pleasing examples of footballers with lockdown hair, there’s some confusing talk about kestrels and we review Goal 3. Oh. Goal 3. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.  Search ‘Football Ramble’ on social media to find us, and email us here: [email protected]  ***Please take the time to rate and review us on Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your pods. It means a great deal to the show and will make it easier for other potential listeners to find us.
