I like Harry but hearing from the other hosts that Bernie is terrible for the Democratic Party seemed more the hosts personal feelings on the outcomes than any analysis. And then there was a Bloomberg ad. Why can’t we get some Harry’s Razors ads? I’ll check back in 2022

I followed Harry over here from FiveThirtyEight and enjoyed his solo shows. Adding the other two hosts wasn’t a good move. Hearing the Bloomberg ad in the last episode was the final straw for me. Nothing against Bloomberg; there should be no political ads on this kind of show. Sorry Harry!

I love Harry and miss him on the FiveThirtyEight Politics Podcast. But this "analysis" discussion is sadly laughable. There's *literally* a paid Bloomberg campaign ad in the middle of the episode!!! And the other two hosts are so servile and in the tank for Bloomberg!! Slavishly...Read full review »

I’m so disappointed, I’ve been enjoying your daily updates for almost a year now. But the fact that before your segment on Bloomberg you have a paid advertisement by the candidate, truly shows this is not a neutral space to find the facts about this election. I’m just so disappointed.

It’s extremely annoying. Her interrupting and insulting him CONSTANTLY messes with the flow of the podcast. It’s not fun to listen to someone make “jokes” about someone else that are actually just insults incessantly. Especially when Harry is the most knowledgeable person in the room and she...Read full review »

There is good analysis on this podcast. However, it is almost unlistenable due to the hosts constantly interrupting and talking/shouting over each other.

I give Chris Cillizza two out of ten pork pie hats for lazy journalism. (Just look for what Adam Jentleson has said about Cillizza never reaching out to Senator Harry Reid’s offices for comment before publishing many pieces on Reid as then-Senate Majority Leader.) POW! P-P-POWER RANKINGS! Harry...Read full review »

Harry was a brilliant counterpoint to Nate Silver at Five Thirty Eight but here he does too much silly stuff. His incredible knowledge and analyses are immediately lost in the goofy intros. Trying too hard to entertain. He still provides unique insights, but it can be too painful to listen...Read full review »

I would happily change my 3 ⭐️ rating to 5 ⭐️ if this podcast was just Harry alone. I'm sure the other two hosts are very nice people, but the inane banter really brings the show to a cringe worthy halt. It's like they're trying too hard.Read full review »

I LOVE Harry Enten, but the other hosts don’t aren’t especially insightful and come off as trying too hard to be funny. I will continue to listen because of Enten, but wish he was with the 538 team. With them he was able to have much better conversations. This pod is a waste of talent. *sad face,...Read full review »

I love The Forecast Fest and look forward to it every week. Have a wonderful holiday season and thanks for the enjoyable, informative news each week.

This podcast was at its best when it was Harry Enten alone (“The Forecast with Harry Enten”) offering his thoughtful analysis on politics through the lens of publicly available polling. The addition of two other hosts has only diluted the quality of the podcast, rather than added anything...Read full review »

This is what your pod should be called. Every episode is just a circle jerk between two no names about how Bernie and Warren are terrible candidates. First of all, we come for Harry. Harry was my favorite part of the 538 Politics podcast, so I was excited to find him on another show and enjoyed when Harry was hosting alone. Mr. Enten, when you said: “... Education matters, ideology matters, age matters, race—less of a player, obviously, in New Hampshire—but voters are not just voting on ideological lines...”, what were you trying to say? Why would race not matter in a primarily “white” state? Race matters. Think...Read full review »

Really excellent, adult analysis, no sophomoric silliness ot trying to be funny, Respectful of audience and involved in their material, Fascinating for political junkies like me, so glad I discovered it via Stay Tuned, Thanks, Preet B,,!

Enten knows his stuff. But the addition of the other two, designed presumably to broaden the pod’s appeal, leads to lots of wasted time and unentertaining shtick. Keep it to politics, cut out the jokiness, please.

I am also not a fan of the jokey quips. But I’m torn because Harry genuinely seems to be enjoying himself with his cohosts. Perhaps have a 10min by focused show that breaks down polls and stats. CNN’s Harry Enten, unlike the work done with his former colleague Nate Silver, offers clear, data-based analysis along with empirical observations. Too cheery with wacky voices. I long for the days of sighing, cynical hosts whose exasperation and frustration mirrors my own.

I listen to a lot of political podcasts. And a lot of comedy podcasts. This is trying to be both, and failing at both. But Kate’s show on TV is GREAT!! Where is the podcast of that?
Rev. R. McGlinchy via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/10/19
Harry is a smart guy, but John and Kate are truly insufferable. Smarmy, pompous, and self-aggrandizing are the best ways I can describe those two.

This podcast covers politics in the same manner as CNN. Like a sport with the primary aim of entertaining rather than informing viewers. This isn’t to say you should entirely write off the podcast. Highly entertaining discussion on the current polls and inner workings of the upcoming 2020 US Election. Harry Enten’s offbeat and is great with the numbers and what they mean… while Kate Bolduan & John Avlon are great at delving into the issues.

Banter gets annoying. Intelligent commentary sometimes gets interrupted before point is finished because the other panelists think they have a clever quip to make. Please focus on commentary. But the style of the advertisements remind me of why I prefer a Podcasts to commercial radio or TV – the voice work is way over the top. I probably would not buy those products anyway, and will specifically try to stay the hell away from them based on those ads.

Great banter and conversation while intelligently giving the points of what is going on. I enjoy the deeper look at numbers to help understand how these things work.

5 Stars for Harry...but I really prefer the “Harry Only” format. Frankly, the others bring the rating down to 3 stars. Harry cuts to the chase and is naturally entertaining. I like the information and the show is not bad, but it could be better. I’ve always loved Harry and have followed his career for years (still missing him from the 538 podcast). A couple weeks ago this would have been a 5 star review. No real analysis of polls, instead just the headline figure being shouted out. I’m not sure who this podcast is aimed at.

For those who followed the Fivethirtyeight podcasts when Harry was the whiz kid, this podcast shows how much he added to the depth of their quantitative analysis. These episodes are smart and pithy and always worthwhile. How about another podcast from Harry in a more extended format?

I subscribe to support Harry, but dissatisfied that episodes are too short. Harry himself needs a 30 minute show twice a week, if not more.
