No one like him, and FUN is only part of this.

In an industry (business management) fueled by falsity, and a world powered by fluff (celebrity interview), and a community nearly saturated with active web presence (podcasts), there is Paul J. Long.

His business - sharing strategies via forgotten or never discovered methods with the Fortune 500 and startups - challenges the academics of b-school, traditional sales skills, and communication styles in ways that make people want to stay in the conference room. Their companies' results speak for themselves.

With so many $8.00 magazines that are page to page advertorial and loaded with really deep interviews where the subject shares that - wait, what?! - they use Chapstick AND wear bespoke Jimmy Choos, and many online media presences racing to be the next People Magazine, Paul distinguishes himself from the typical interview on The Fundamism Podcast. The majority of his guests are famous, notable people. And when they're in the room (or via the stream) with Paul, they talk about who they are, not what they do and why they're famous or successful. There are as many lessons as there are laughs on Paul's podcast. No fluff, only facts.

And at the root of both of these, is FUNDAMISM. F=Foundation via self-reflection and all your personal attributes and components. U=Understanding others' perspectives and straight up hearing what they say, and recognizing who they are. N=Next Steps, because you've got to jump off the high board if you want to make anything happen. (All respect to people who love their vision boards.) Paul infuses this podcast with direction, inspiration, and fun via FUN.

Listen. Subscribe. Enjoy.
