In our latest visit to The G Spot, Grace speaks to radio host and content creator Nathalie Lennon, who also has her own podcast called The Dating Games. Nathalie shares her own experiences of sex education, and also touches on her journey through hypothalamic amenorrhea (losing her period for 6 years due to excessive training and the effects of an eating disorder) and how this affected her sexual development and relationships.
