“Hi! May be a bit biased, since I’m the girlfriend that the two talk about in the most recent episodes of the podcast. :) I left a review because they... don’t have any? Anyway!
Connor and his father are both very pleasant to listen to. They’ve got pretty decently timed jokes, they talk about a lot of the hot topics in the gamer world. Whether that’s politics or the games themselves. The movies are also rather fun as well, since there are a lot of independent directors who need the attention.
Here’s a couple of gripes, not major ones. Aside from chasing chickens (which I have no problems with, chase those chickens!!) the two tend to ramble a bit, and I find myself skipping ahead. (Keep in mind that I’m not much of a podcast listener, but I gave it a whirl after a few badgers from Connor. ;3)
I’m more of a PlayStation and Nintendo kind of person, rather than XBox, and I think it would be neat if some of those topics were touched on.
TL; DR They get distracted a lot, but that’s okay. They ramble a little bit, but their points and topics are fun to listen to while I go about my daily business. But definitely give them a try. I’ve been stubbornly denying it for a bit too long because I’m not much of a podcast listener, nor am I much of an XBox person. (Sorry Connor!!)”
