It was an idyllic childhood, but Marion felt a calling to do more and followed her dream to the States where she saw there were many women doing both, and that inspired her to pursue her dream. On her journey, however, Marion soon found that not all women are happy to have a hard working, dedicated, conscientious, talented, and beautiful newcomer arrive on the scene. She shares how it was mostly male mentors and colleagues that guided her and encouraged her along her road to success, and how grateful she is for that support and mentorship.
