Love!
I will be forever grateful for the wisdom that Andrea shares. It’s been the most wonderful thing to experience EC with my second born. When I was pregnant I took enjoyment and comfort knowing what newborn cloth diapers I wanted to buy, and all the infant ones I would re-use. Either late pregnancy or when bub was a newborn I came across EC and knew it was something I would try. I felt it was a bit of a hurdle but I knew I would start within the golden window, and jumped in at 11 weeks. Never looked back (as it’s so often said it’s addictive once you get your first “catch”) and I now see that it’s something that probably needs to be experienced to be believed. It’s up against a lot of cultural norms and myths in the West. Which is so soooo unfortunate. It’s the most wonderful thing to offer your infant, your family and the planet.

Andrea is very easy to listen to, she explains everything about EC clearly and each podcast manages to answer my questions I come across while I am learning and trying EC.
