Need to work on sound
If you are going to do remote interviews the sound engineering needs to be optimized. Content is great but hard to listen to because of garbling and variations in volume

John Miller is very skilled at questioning and guiding the interviewee in a way that makes his guest more effective. The first two podcasts have been excellent.
