The Best Thing You Can Do For Yourself
Dear Prospective Listener, Please do yourself a favor and LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST! I have been recommending this podcast to everyone I know. If everyone would listen and live by the lessons in this podcast, I guarantee the world would be a better place. Dr. Santos puts evidence-based science behind all the groovy self-help suggestions we’ve been hearing for many years now: * gratitude practice * make time for friends and family * meditation and mindfulness * simplify * and so much more People, I know I sound like a knucklehead. But please just start by listening to the overview in episode one. Dr. Santos is a scientist and professor at Yale, but she does not sound like one. Her delivery is pleasant and entertaining. Her podcast is professionally produced. It is easy to listen to. This podcast can change your life. I sure hope it does!
