“I really wanted to hear what Emily had to say about Medicare and the Advantage plans, but Tom just talked over her and hung up on her. I respected Tom until this point. He would not allow Emily to offer the information she has as an insider who might have shed more light on this subject. Instead he was rude to her and I missed out on a conversation I wanted to hear. I have an Advantage plan and have not been refused services on any occasion. In addition I have recently been able to add some very good dental care. Please allow people to talk.”
