“What’s going on with the volume levels? Thom H’s presentation involves cranking the volume to 11 recently. Then the commercials come in ridiculously loud. What’s wrong with the audio? It didn’t used to be like this, & other shows are not like this. Needless to say this critique is a compliment in disguise, as I would really like to hear what Thom H has to say. Especially the book recommendations. Update: I just can’t listen to this at all anymore. WTHeck is wrong with the volume. I’ll check back in at some point to reassess my 1 star. But at this point this is untenable. What the Heck.”
