I have never given myself the time to listen to podcasts but Sarah and Kurt, you’ve both got me hooked! Love your work guys. Well worth the listen during a walk or working from home.

This is a podcast created by two influencers who pretend they have medical degrees. Sarah thinks that because she looks up things on google it makes her qualified to give medical advice. They have so many positive reviews because lots of young girls are sickly obsessed with Sarah and her pink...Read full review »

Neither of these people are healthcare professionals or have any qualifications on nutrition. As far as I can see this is a girl who has an unhealthy relationship with food and working out. Her ‘own research’ is just sitting on google searching and scrolling to find something that may relate to...Read full review »

Latest podcast raised a couple of reg flags. To talk about health, they invited their protein powder sponsor that has no medical/ health training. Some of the claims that were made were not science driven and could be potential harmful to their listeners
datephd via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/06/20
Why these two have listeners is beyond me. Zero qualifications to back up the ‘health advice’ they preach. So harmful
mislar via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 07/31/20
You two are the best couple and #lifegoals! But what takes the cake is the banter and the fact you can laugh with and at each other! I definitely have laughed out loud in public and gotten some looks. Love, love, love!

The health code was one of the first health/fitness podcasts I found and quickly became attached to. Sarah and Kurt’s belly laughing at each other has become one of my favorite sounds and I find myself stifling laughs while I’m sitting at my desk at work. Also, from a typical southern American, I...Read full review »

Really not a fan of the unqualified nutrition advice
livbruce via Apple Podcasts · New Zealand · 07/24/20
These people have NO CERTIFIED HEALTH EDUCATION!! I’ve heard many girls developing Eating disorders through Sarah’s advice. They need to fix their own views towards fitness, body image and food before giving advice to impressionable teenagers (which mainly make up their audience!)

I used to be a fan of the vlogs but over recent years the misinformation and lack of education has permeated every corner of the Sarah’s Day brand. This podcast is not planned, considered, or worthy of anyone’s time and seeks only to make money from sponsors. I would be embarrassed if an archive...Read full review »

This podcast is full of misinformation about health. It shouldn’t be available for people to listen to because of how it could influence young and old viewers in a negative way. Apple should remove this podcast from their platform ASAP!

Sarah and Kurt are NOT qualified healthcare professionals and are giving uninformed and dangerously incorrect health advice.
NutritionistReal1991 via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/22/20
Do not take health advice from people who are not health professionals. These people espouse many harmful “health” ideas and recommendations, despite holding no relevant qualifications to do so. Sarah has claimed in the past to have “healed” her SIN3 with a healthy diet. Incredibly dangerous to...Read full review »

I like this podcast in general, they talk about great stuff and they’re very entertaining! However, the body image one got me the most (july 2020). That one really changed my mindset towards a lot of things. This podcast is gold.

I love Sarah and Kurt but I want to learn more when it comes to their podcast and the people they have on with them. Sarah always interrupts them and makes it more about her. I would love to hear great health information without interruptions. I want to learn stuff when I take an hour to listen!!
