EP 89: What to do when you’re not feeling like yourself anymore
Often when we don’t feel like ourselves, it’s a moment to step back from our life and take a good look at what’s going on. ‘What does it look like?’, to ‘Where do you spend your time?’, to ‘Who do you spend it with?’, ‘How is your health?’, ‘How do you feel about yourself?’
If you’re not feeling like yourself then something is ‘off’ and it’s a sign that something needs to change.
