Love the show but hate the new format. Please go back to 1 episode per show instead of 3 separate shows!!!!

Love The Herd. I literally listen every day - That is, unless Doug Gottleib is hosting. Cannot stand the guy. Could we please get Middlekauff to be the default fill-in? He’s a much better host and I feel like he hits more with Colin’s typical crowd

Not a fan of the new download format Colin. Any person that listens to your podcast listens to the whole thing. No need to separate the segments. It’s just more to download and looks messy on my list. Haha but an avid listener over here. Great job to you and the crew!

Great show. But the podcast app needs to combine the whole episode from the day into one podcast. Having three 1 hour episodes is highly annoying and the app skips around. They also need to archive episodes. So that you can go back a year or two and listen to a topic

Been listening since the start of COVID and enjoy how you’ve kept sports a part of our lives but PLEASE go back to full length episodes. Hour by hour is more hassle and work!

I love his opening monologue; makes a good analogy into the topic on the top right of his mind. Ironically he hates the players I admire so I cringe when he starts to talk about Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Carmelo Anthony, Cam Newton and “Brittle” Anthony Davis. He used to always mention...Read full review »

I never write reviews, but felt I needed to say something. I love this show, but I absolutely HATE HATE HATE that it’s being broken up into 3 separate downloads. Come on The Herd make it easier for your lazy fans!😂

It's tough sometimes to skip half of the episode whenever you have Rob Parker and Doug Goutleib in the same episode! I tried several times, but it's a hard listen to be honest. Thank God they have their own shows now where I can just delete them right away. Also, can you please stop the...Read full review »

I listen every day during work and love the show. Could u please go back to full show downloads rather than individual hours? Keep up the good work!
Greeder41 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/06/20
I liked this podcast much better when the show was consolidated to one podcast link. Its tedious to have to navigate and select the hours for the show separately. It just adds to the clutter of already having a “best of” segment and the “all ball” segment.

Love the herd but what happened to the full length podcast? It’s a pain having it broken up into 3 separate episodes.

Hello please go back to uploading it as a complete show. Thanks
CaptAdrn via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/05/20
This podcast allows me to keep up with one of the only sports talk shows I follow. This format also helps cut through all the commercials of the live show. Helpful hint: Colin repeats his opening monologue in the last hour (he doesn’t just say the same words again, they replay the audio from...Read full review »

Love the show and listen every day. Please get rid of the separate 1, 2, and 3 hours. Rather cumbersome and unnecessary, the old way of the full show + best of is much better.
iamfoosa via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/05/20
8/5 Updating my review to 1 star. Changing the episodes to 3 separate on hour episodes a day is ever worse. Now you don’t even get the show in your downloads bc they pump too many things in at once including numerous shows that aren’t even Colin. What the hell is that? Along with the egregious...Read full review »

I’m a dedicated listener love Joy like you can’t tolerate gottlieb but 3 separate episodes is ridiculous cmon Colin you don’t need that much ad revenue! Don’t wanna stop listening but this will force me to

Great show. Very entertaining. Don’t like the hour-by-hour format. Please go back!!!🙏

The new download format is awful. I understand you want to better track or enhance the download numbers, but this is just terrible. Haven’t downloaded a single hour segment yet and I won’t if it doesn’t go back to a full show. There’s already a Best of the Herd segment for faster listening.

I hate that your now splitting the hours of the show up.
ianteague via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/05/20
Great podcast. Been listening for a while now. I’m just writing this to say that you should go back to the old format of posting the whole three hour podcast. It’s a “backwards hat type of guy” move to split it into three sections.
josepintoj via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 08/05/20
I’ve listened to the show every day for about 5 years via podcast and I am not a fan of the new upload format. I know fox needs to make money so they are trying to find new ways to monetize but I hope this doesn’t stick.

So I have downloaded Monday and Tuesday’s pod, what the hell is with these 3 segment downloads? Come on Man!

I’m a huge fan! Listen everyday on podcast. I hate the format of three separate showtimes. Just keep it all together. Really annoying to have to go back to the page and click it to play.

New format change works well to select the full episode in three separate Podcasts.

Why split the show into three hour long shows? It’s super annoying. Please put it back to the old format. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

This is by far one of my favorite sports talk shows. Joy and Colin have great chemistry. Today (08/04/20) I noticed that the podcast was uploaded by the hour (HOUR 1, ect). I personally don’t like that format. I download and listen to the whole show. When I’m at work I don’t have the best service...Read full review »

Huge fan of Colin’s and his podcast network. Longtime listener who normally consumes the show daily through podcast format. Don’t like the new way that episodes are split by the hour. Makes things more complicated and adds unnecessary steps for listening. Can’t just stream the whole show at once...Read full review »

I love the herd and all the life comparisons to sports show Friday was poppin but don’t like the new layout of hour by hour please go back to old layout of full episodes.
Pjwalker110 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/04/20
Uploading by hour makes it more difficult to continuously listen to the whole show. iTunes automatically plays a previous hour rather than the next hour

Listen to many podcast. For some reason the volume is super low on this show. It’s unfortunate because Colin a great host but production is killing the show

Thank you for bringing up the fact that josh Rosen hasn’t had a real enough opportunity to call him a bust. It was on the episode on 07/29/2020. I respect the fact that you stick to your own perspectives. It’s rare in the industry

The Colin Cowherd show is a good podcast - however, when you subscribe to it Fox adds 2-3 additional completely unrelated podcasts that are automatically downloaded. I imagine they are doing this to artificially inflate their listener numbers to increase ad revenue. Very clever. I don’t enjoy...Read full review »

The more I hear his show, the more he sounds like a personality who has lost his fastball. Used to be daring and on the edge; now he tends to worship and defend the status-quo - especially when it comes to worshipping and defending powerful sports executives. Too predictable to be worth the...Read full review »

This is the best talk show in America by far, so fix the ridiculous quirks already: 1) the compression of the production - just turn Colin and the guests up, remove some compression and this way the speakers don’t blow when you get to commercial 2) the episodes should play in chronological order,...Read full review »

I used to like Colin for his well thought out views on sports. Love your show from outside the US the past 11 years Colin (currently Guadalajara, from Seattle/UW alum) but if you believe Kawhi is top 10 all time with a Clipper Championship you might need to be drug tested after a few years in Cali;)
