65. It's Okay to Date ONE Man at a Time
a man competing with your alone time and good life that you've made for yourself is better than him competing with a roster of men that aren't even in alignment with what you want anyway.
Think about it.
It's okay if you prefer to talk to and date one man at a time and it may just be better for you.
In this episode I dive into how and why it could better and how to NOT worry so much about getting hurt from putting all your eggs in one basket.

64. You’d Be More Confident if You Were More Delusional!
What's stopping you from being confident?
For me, it was the fear of being "fraudulent," meaning I didn't want to be one of those "delusional" people that thought too highly of herself and her capabilities...just for others to think I'm "crazy" for thinking that way about myself.
BUT...what if we were more "delusional" about ourselves? Could that build our confidence?

63. Relationships (& Relationship Endings) Do NOT Have to be TRAUMATIZING
Understand that that can be your LAST toxic, traumatic relationship and last time coming undone and hitting rock bottom over a man.
You don't have to be afraid of trying love again.
These 5 steps can help with that.

61. Don’t Forget Who You Are
Comparing yourself to others is literally a thief a joy and not only that, you're simultaneously diminishing who you are and your self worth.
On this episode, I talk about how, I, myself got caught up and depressed comparing myself to someone else and what my resolve was to get back to me. I offer mindset shifts and ways to self soothe whenever you catch yourself comparing.

60. You Can't Make a Man Act Right
I don't like how men with mics claim that the reason for their bad behavior and mistreatment of women is because of the woman not requiring more from them. It's like only women are supposed to hold themselves accountable and the men are just supposed to keep being shitty until every woman in the world decides to stop "enabling" them.
but I digress because my fight isn't to make them hear me--im not in the business of trying to heal a man and make him change.
This is for my ladies. I want y'all to know that there are men that you don't have to do all that with. There are men that are good men for them damn selves, first, and have enough integrity to show up and show out for a woman he wants and values.
You can't make a man treat you right, respect you, value you or love you. He either will or he won't and it's on him if he doesn't, not you!
end rant.
