I spend about half of each episode laughing at just how accurately they describe my experiences moving through the world and interacting with people. It’s reassuring that there are many HSPs out there and a nice reminder to find humor in everything. If we can learn to laugh at ourselves, we can...Read full review »

I’ve heard of HSP for a good few years but was distracted by agonising over the mental health and other health diagnoses I’ve received over the years - generalised anxiety, depression, BPD, hormonal issues… I am in my mid 30s now and have been grappling with these issues for so long. Ditched...Read full review »

As a therapist and an HSP, I have noticed that coincidentally most of the children, young people abs adults that meet with me are HSP’s. This is a fabulous resource, and I can’t recommend it highly enough

Thank you for this podcast. I only recently found out I was an introverted empath, yet I’ve suffered from severe anxiety - both social and in general - for long that I’ve always felt so alone. I’ve always wondered what was wrong with me. I’m only now just starting to learn being an HSP is a gift,...Read full review »

being a very young HSP, this has helped me through a lot when i just can’t seem to explain myself to others nearest to me, who don’t experience what i do. HSP can feel almost crippling at times, but knowing that i am not alone, and hearing other people address situations and scenarios that i am...Read full review »

I’m currently suffering from mental health problems and finding it difficult to get others to understand what is going on in my head. I am certainly a HSP, but I see HSP traits in many of my friends and family and I’m thinking they might find so much value in this like I do. I’m trying to think of how to tell them about this show or what episode to send them each. I do wonder what makes someone HSP? How many traits and to what...Read full review »

This show strays from its title theme and it’s annoying. She lets her guests take control and talk about their agenda, not the show’s subject. She seems to be hesitant to control the guest. I listened to many of her podcast and every show is the same - frustrating.

For years I have battled with constant criticism that I’m too emotional or I wear my emotions on my sleeve and that I’m overly sensitive.
