Asher has suffered from anxiety, panic disorders and depression. In his 30s he started having panic attacks daily, he couldn’t work and had to quit his job. Asher became a high functioning alcoholic in an attempt to escape his anxiety.
Asher’s struggles lead him to look for a solution and stumbled across some information linking mental health with nutrition.
Today, Asher has been a strict carnivore for 4 years and before that he was keto and before that paleo.
He is what you might call an ‘expert level carnivore’, eating high fat, and almost exclusively beef and lamb. At 49 years old he is extremely lean, fit and strong.
Asher has run a mental health clinic for the past 7 years and helps his patients who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD and more make huge progress through metabolic therapy AKA proper human nutrition.
