Dr. Christopher Klebanoff is an Principal Investigator and Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His research focuses on cell-based cancer immunotherapies, T cell receptors, and the therapeutic targeting of shared cancer neoantigens. Using single-cell sequencing, biophysical measurements of T cell receptor affinity, genetic engineering, and structural immunobiology, the Klebanoff lab aims to adapt adoptive T cell transfer for advanced solid tumors.
