Don’t Listen to the Haters
Zoe, I’m sure you guys are reading the reviews; ignore the political ones. This podcast is very informative, well written, and well produced. And very balanced. Five stars! My wife and I enjoyed it immensely, and it really brought home the projection defenses and damage wrought by unsupported allegations. So ignore the people with whom this obviously struck a nerve and are afraid to look in the mirror. I’ve lived in the South a long time. As a white man. If you don’t understand there is systemic racism here, you’re either clueless or disingenuous. But you’ve done a great job revealing other issues at play in local politics. Well done guys.

More reviews of The Improvement Association
Marketing - or the rumor mill in smaller towns - plays a huge role in politics. The host and the development of this series was great.

Though the Improvement Association sounds like a Band from the 70’s with an overly large horn section, this is going to be an amazing podcast. Can’t miss. Zoe’s the best political reporter bc she’s more interested in people than politics and therefore she makes you interested in the people too.

I love how Zoe Chace is able to draw out her interview subjects and contextualizes their comments. A fascinating story! I also really enjoy hearing such a textured, distinctive voice in my headphones. Well done!
