Such a great podcast - as someone who has struggled with eating disorders as a Type 1 Diabetic, this podcast is a god-send! I would highly recomend to anyone who is struggling with food and diabetes :)

Lindsay breaks down the steps to intuitive eating with the lens of a Type 1. She’s relatable and easy to understand. The episodes are just the right length so I’m not overwhelmed but I learn a chunk of information. Thank you!
