Have you ever feel like you are trying to get someone’s attention, but just feels like no matter what you do you still feel unseen? But in reality most people know exactly who you are and that what you do they acknowledged and sees the effort you put in. Sometimes we must go through the whole journey of “suffering” to really and truly find ourselves.

I’m here to share my journey with you, the good, the bad and some real ugly, and hope that it might help you to improve your life.

So much to be grateful for!

So much to be grateful for!

I've recorded this episode while on Twitch - so you will hear me chatting in between. It's not the "perfect" podcast, very casual but the messages and stories I shared in this episode I'm feeling very passionate about and I want you to see that there is SO MUCH to be grateful for. Be happy, happiness is an inside job, you don't have to wait for a person or an object to bring you happiness, if you can't have found it now I promise you whatever you think will make you happy that isn't it, and if you feel happy with an object or person, how long will that happiness truly last.

Be yourself, do things for yourself, not for anyone else or social media. You are worth it.
