52 and a new attitude
Been a convert to Dr Jades method. Always been fit and a runner with moderate resistance training. So far I’m happy with results of increasing movement over cardio and 3x HIIT. Plus trying to get lots more protein.

Jade is so knowledgable and no-nonsense. I've done, and continue to do, his Metabolic Prime and Met 10 workouts. They are quick, quite potent and bottom for me - changed my body.
