Amazing
I’ve never felt the need or desire to review a Podcast, app, or anything along those lines, but I do feel that this Podcast deserves as much praise as possible so I’m happy to hand over my rating virginity. I’m a 37 male, Father of two children (one 16 years, one 16 months). I have learnt more valuable information about fitness and wellbeing from listening to 10 episodes of this Podcast than I have from all the other posts, books, DVDs, documentaries and Podcast episodes I have encountered put together. From listening to discussions about stress, food, work/life balance, I’ve identified where I can challenge myself, but also where I can cut myself some slack, and look past all of the fallacies that are associated with these topics. The content is simple and it’s that’s simplicity that I’ve found to be most valuable. The people on the Podcast episodes (both James and guests) focus on getting the fundamentals right. No gimmicks, no false promises. It’s put out there that anyone can achieve what they want to, in many cases without making major significant changes to the way they live their lives. I cannot recommend this highly enough. If you want honest, forthcoming information that is geared towards educating you about how to better yourself in any aspect of life, give this a listen. It’s brilliant.

More reviews of The James Smith Podcast
Absolutely love James Smith and all that he stands for. Been following him a while now on Instagram and Facebook. Knows his stuff, says it as it is.

I think I speak for a lot of us when I say this is well overdue and you’ll be getting a call from the great and wonderful JR for a collab in no time. Can’t wait to see what you have coming.

What an inspiration. After all of the adversity Sonny has faced to still have such passion for his sport. Man hats off to you! Thanks for having the courage to speak your story, I hope a weight has been lifted off your shoulders (no pun intended).
