Always insightful, always real. Love Jessie’s consistent messaging and practical approach to help women heal their relationships with food, but most importantly, themselves. A dedicated member of FFE, I still go back and listen to the modules when I need to remind myself of the concepts I learned. Couldn’t recommend Jessie as a coach and her content highly enough!

Thought Provoking

I really enjoy Jessie’s podcast. While I’m likely much older than the majority of her listeners (I suspect), most of us women are dealing with the same challenges no matter our age.

Jess gives another perspective on the thoughts we have and provides a different and healthier way to frame these thoughts - or change them entirely.

Would definitely recommend listening!
