Moving and relatable
I’ve recently discovered the pod when I was looking for something lighthearted but engaging to listen to and listened to the pharmacists episode - loved it! I’ve now gone back to the start to listen to all of the episodes and wanted to get in touch after listening to the pod about men you recorded with Fergus and James back in 2020. I’m a clinical psychologist and was particularly moved by the platform you provided them to share their stories (stories I hear very often in my work of men struggling to share how they feel/cope with their feelings until they reach a breaking point). It was also really refreshing to hear Joe talk about his own experiences of poor mental health. There’s still a huge amount of stigma and lack of understanding around mental health, especially for men, and your pod will I’m sure have helped people to feel more comfortable to share how they feel. I hope you continue exploring these kinds of topics, mixed in with the lighter hearted episodes. Keep up the great work!

First pod about psychopaths was managed better by the hosts. Nice to hear the funny banter but the balance between interviewing the expert and the hosts chat was poorly managed in the zoo keeper episode.
