Designing your own program
I love the information you gave to us in the “How to Build Your Own Program” episode, I personally listen on Spotify but this question is very important to me because it really sparked my interest. My question is what type of mobility drills would you superset with lower and upper body exercises? I may not be too versed in the mobility side of fitness yet, but I know that static stretching is not usually something you want to do before a strength based exercise
