How to design your own workout program (pt1)
There is a lot I can say about this episode, but I’ll keep it short and sweet! I absolutely loved the podcast. I definitely learned a lot, enough for me to realize like 10-15 minutes into the episodes I couldn’t and wouldn’t want to write my own programs 😆 I’ll leave it to the professionals! I love the idea of a program that has a strength exercise paired with a mobility stretch. Thanks for sharing your thought process and the science behind it. I look forward to listening to pt 2.
