Every Episode is a Gem…and I have a question
This podcast is empowering - filled with practical knowledge, science, encouragement, and motivation for my fitness/health journey. I have a question on best tips to adhere to a program when working out in a perpetually crowded urban gym. We have 2 barbell racks and 2 bench press racks and they are full, usually with one or two folks waiting. What I try to do is understand what movement patterns are being worked in a given barbell exercise and try to duplicate as best as I can with dumbbells or kettlebells. Is this right?
