Great information for a beginner!
I’m thankful for how throughly this episode on program design was laid out. I can’t wait to listen again and take some notes! My question and always my concern while working out is how to avoid injury. I’m 63 and know that strength training is vital to my wellbeing but I need work-arounds for arthritis and old injuries. If you could address these issues in detail, I feel that others would benefit from that discussion. Thank you! Love the podcast!

Love the variety of content but an improvement in sound quality would make it even more enjoyable. I enjoy Jordan’s positive personality and common sense approach to issues. Other health people are on a high horse but Jordan is down to earth and wants the best for people.
